Changes in MBF 5.61: -------------------- - Added the "Multifit" tool (command line option: -m ). This performs N successive fits, where the n-th fit uses just the n-th data sample, rather than the average. This is an alternative to bootstrap, useful when the original data file has already been bootstrapped (see the user manual for more details). - MBF can now correctly read .mbf session files saved previously under a different operating system (which may use different newline characters). - It is no longer necessary to add a trailing slash to the output directory. - If a bootstrap ensemble (bse) file is used, the number of bootstrap samples will now always be set according to the header of the bse file, ignoring the value specified in the .mbf file.
